Your soul knows only love. Moving through Fear

Feel how dense the vibration of fear is and feel how light and pure the vibration of love is. Your soul only knows love. You cannot feel soul if you are in fear. It cuts you off from your soul and does not allow spirit to move through you. One of the biggest lessons is living in the body, living in the present moment, fully in your body.
What are you holding in your system that doesn’t allow you to be fully in your body, to feel your soul, to be present.
By your system, I mean energy , vibration, body.

Its like giving yourself a big clear out or clean, then you can be fully with yourself, who you are, you can acsess soul and allow spirit /consciousness to move through you. That is wellness.

When you get to wellness, you feel your soul, you being conscious of yourself as consciousness. You feel life force /spirit/universal intelligence running through you and then act / live from that place. When you live from that place anything is possible.

All that awaits for you at the threshold of physical death is an awakening to love. If your soul is awakened already into love and not fear, then death is welcomed. The pain of dying comes from the resistance we have to trust and love. The pain we create is what stops us from having a good death. There is so much pain being created right now on the earth plane because of the fear that is being generated. The fear is not real. It is generated by the human race.
What we need to realise is that we are the creators of our reality. If we generate mass hysteria and fear then our death , whether its the coronovirus or something else , will be painful. Painful for the person dying , painful for those around the person dying and ultimatly it will perpetuate the culture we are creating of pain and fear.

Death is coming to you all anyway. It doesnt just happen to someone else. Life is amovement towards death.its always moving towards your death, from the moment you are born.
Death is an awakening to love and you simply carry on, you stay alive, your soul stays alive.

Move out of the pain you are creating for yourselves. Feel the truth of the reality of love. Open your heart. The coronovirus pandemic then ceases to exsist. People are dying or living in a different form or transforming everyday, all over the world.

If you want to have a good death process and die well, get out of the fear reality. See death for what it truly is, life continueing , consciousness and love. We need to wake up and really live life and live death. Claiming death as Sacred is part of re building a sacred world, but first we need to feel ourselves as sacred , by living from soul.

I remember one of the many gifts Steve gave me in life was a book called The unlikely peace at Cuchumaquic….by Martín Prechtel

It such a profound true story of a village called Cuchumaquic..in it Prechtel as a young man takes some food aid to the village, after an earthquake and landslides destroy many villages and everything around them…The village of Cuchumaquic is the last village they get too and there is hardly any food aid left and he realises that the villagers will be hungry and are going to starve to death. He expects a rampage of people to be running at the truck and grabbing the last barrel of rice and beans…but they dont…they are all gathered peacefully in the remains of the village, they have come from all around to the village to die together…they are happy and peaceful in their fate, they just want to be together…They even share out the food evenly including to Prechtel and his companion…all have a spoonful each….then Prechtel leaves them to their fate and drives away…they are smiling and peaceful.

Something to be learnt there…We need to mend the soul of the village…but thats another blog..

This blog includes excerts from my upcoming book.

The Sacredness of the Death threshold.

Yesterday i was feeling shock waves of sadness washing through me as i witnessed the levels of fear that exists now in our communities. I looked at my daughters and felt some anger, as i realised the enormous effect that growing up in this collective fear of life and death would have own their mental health and wellbeing.

What i want for my daughters and the human family is for us all to feel the sacredness of the death threshold, and to feel the holiness of the expansion that it brings. To have reverence for this sacred passage, whether its your physical death or a rites of passage threshold that you are moving through.

Death Is the ultimate sacrifice for love, for the continuation of life. It is nothing to fear, it is another beginning, a re-birth, a birth. Sacrifice is required to be able to resurrect yourself into the new life that is unfolding.

Death in its unfolding is the loving expression of universal love, because we become the one heart, one soul that surrounds and is everything, is consciousness, is the aliveness, is the life force. To resist death is the going against the tide of love that washes us clean, clean from heavy, dense, energy, that which has no life force. The new is the re birth, the renewal that is required for life to continue. To resist death is to create suffering and density on this earth plane.

Death is an expansion. The one heart , one love that is death consciousness seeks to know itself in this life. It is a constant motion towards soul and a continuation and unfolding.

Death or letting go or surrendering to what is , or sacrifice of the old, is the way we are able to move into the awakening and expansion. There is nothing else to do in this life. Every rites of passage we go through is preparation for that expansion and an opportunity to fully live the soul expression that is trying to reveal itself. The map of soul awakening is the greatest gift. Its not easy. It takes us into the dark night of the soul, but when we grieve well, love fully and own our own death or death process, when we honour the sacrifice that is required for life and soul to thrive, we become love, we realise we are love, we are eternal, we are soul. Then we can step fully into what is being called , what is unfolding , what is trying to be revealed.

To hold on through fear is to the detriment of oneself, soul , life and love.

Their truly is nothing to fear, their is only love.

Lets grieve well, dive deep, awaken to soul and then find our way to celebrate this unfolding life in all its holiness.

Then we can truly live the sacred, love one another and realise our divinity.

By the way i much prefer the word transition to the word death. Lets reclaim these transitions as sacred and live our lives without fear.

In love for the sacredness of life.

Sacred Woman – Restoring the Inner. Sacred World – Restoring the outer .

Hannah and i have created this training program for women after being told by so many sisters that they want to go deeper with the work we offer in rites of passage and healing the maiden.

received_743269706097687

Through our own healing journey and experiences of stepping into our medicine and what we have to give to this world ,we have truly begin to understand the depth of what it takes to step into truth, so we can make the changes that are necessary in our world.

Our experience tells us that to be able to restore the land, to restore a healthy culture and healthy communities , we first have to restore ourselves. We have to restore the inner to restore the outer.

We are a culture of soul loss that is a reflection of our own soul loss and trauma. Our soul loss and individual trauma creates a culture of separation to each other and the land. To come back to belonging we have to restore ourselves in order to stop the culture of soul loss that re- traumatises us again and again. Once we have restored our inner world and recovered ourselves through soul retrieval we can begin the work of restoring our communities and sisterhood circles. Once we have come back into right relation and sisterhood we can begin to work together to restore the land…we cannot make the changes alone..we have to work together now…we have to come back into belonging..

Through recovering ourselves through soul retrieval and by catch up rites of passage we reclaim ourselves as sacred…We harvest our wounds and retrieve our medicine.

Through catch up rites of passage and the teachings of the map of womanhood we awaken to the understanding of the rites of passage and are able to finally step fully into womanhood and then elderhood.. We then begin to understand that to heal our culture  we need to restore community led rites of passage.

Once we step across our inner thresholds our adolescent years and start to move consciously through our future thresholds we begin to embody our medicine and our sacred purpose. We can claim our sacredness…become Sacred Woman.

As sacred women we can then begin to move through the changes that are happening on the earth by living our sacred purpose. Through the descent of the soul, which i call harvesting our wounds we move through our initiation, come back into belonging and find the gold, our medicine, that enables us to offer ourselves to life, recovering our Sacred World.

Humanity and the world is in a collective rites of passage. We are in the descent of the soul. Our wounding , collective and personal is reaching a state of collapse, as seen all around us in the natural world as well as our own human world.. But as in all initiation there is an opportunity available to harvest the wounding, to find the gold and to part of the renewal, to come out with the medicine that the descent brings…to find the solutions.

By moving through our own descent and initiations , fears, grief and wounding we can step fully into Sacred Woman, embody our medicine and offer ourselves to life to help create a sacred world.

Circle 1 of a series of 5 that is our core training program starts in April 2020

Sacred Woman

The circles will be held in and around Glastonbury.

Navigating the Map of Womanhood

The Map of womanhood teaches about each life stage/threshold on the human life cycle. These are natural rites of passage that the human family go through in their lives, as they journey along the medicine wheel, through the many changes that occur in their bodies. They can also be times of spiritual awakening and leaps in consciousness and healing if understood and marked with celebration and ceremony.

The Life cycle of a woman, I call the map of Womanhood.

The power that is present, as we women pass across these thresholds, can take us deeper into our inner genius, divine essence and deep truth. This is a spiral path, a circle, from birth to death, the red path of woman, the life cycle of a woman. Many native cultures use the medicine wheel to illustrate the life cycle. To understand the life cycle teachings we must first understand the teachings of the Medicine Wheel.

During my shamanic training I learnt about the medicine wheel and how ancient cultures all over the world use this beautiful teaching to show how all of life is a circle, a sacred hoop. The medicine wheel teaches that there are 7 directions, above below, North, East , South and west and within, which is the centre. Different cultures and traditions have different variations on the teachings that each direction holds, but the spirit is the same. It teaches the circle of life, the cycles of the universe and how we fit into them.

The circle represents the: Earth, Sun, Moon, Cycle of life, Seasons, Four directions, Four sacred colours, Four human races and the Interconnectedness of all people and all things

The circle represents the never-ending cycle of life. Movement around the circle is usually in a clockwise motion in keeping with the rotation path of the earth.

For thousands of years native cultures have used the understandings and gifts from Mother Earth and the natural world to teach lessons. These cultural tools help to pass on important teachings…. Many of their teachings are based on the Medicine Wheel.

So we can see how the medicine wheel teaches all of life, within that is the life cycle of the human being, within that is the Map of Womanhood. As we journey through this map we are also journeying through the life cycle, growing and learning along the way, understanding more about ourselves, and connecting more to our life’s purpose that the Creator gave to us before we were born . The life cycle teachings focus on development for each stage. They speak to the healthy development and traditional milestones of that stage and focus on the role a person has in each stage. The seven stages of life focus on the spiritual journey of a person and highlight their awareness in fulfilling their life’s purpose at each stage. During each stage, development takes place in the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

The continuous stages of the life cycle are the toddler, child, youth, young adult, parent, grandparent, and Elder and death.

The map of womanhood contains nine natural rites of passage, and these continuous stages I call : Birth, Girl-Woman, First blood, Woman-Becoming, Blossoming Woman, Deepening Woman, Elder, Spiritual Elder and Death.

Message from the indigenous grandmothers:

The map of womanhood is a holographic 3d spiral that brings us back to ourselves by helping us to see the bigger picture of our lives, so we can see through the veils of separation into the connectedness of all life.

It brings women the deep understanding of the path through to the truth of their own true nature, finding ourselves by giving ourselves the picture of our own journey travelling this road.

The road is ancient, well-travelled and holds much knowledge about which way you must go, which path you seek and which way the river of your own life is taking you. Walk this ancient red path with beauty and grace as the spirits walk beside you, the grandmothers walk beside you, urging you on to complete your Earthwalk with the beauty of the path of woman. Have strength, honour and compassion for the right and wrong turns that we take to get there. Honouring the cycle and finding your way back to the path/flow in every moment.

It becomes a map as you become more conscious on this journey, letting go of the past, but bringing the vibrant and rich threads of your medicine with you so you can find your way forward consciously. The golden thread of light that wove its way through your past thresholds becomes a light to help you find your way through the future thresholds you have yet to walk. You can become conscious on your path.

We take our time step by step, dancing this spiral of time, creating the map we must follow into the future, by uncovering the healing of the past. Recovering the past, healing the future. Step by step on the well-worn road. Placing an offering at every threshold with reverence for this sacred quest, that takes beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary beauty of our own life.

We are beauty, we are sacred, we are holy, we are ancient

When your path is well worn, honoured and revered as holy, you express your divinity and can give this to our daughters.

Blankets and stones, patterns and stars. We come together in the middle for our final dance. The ancient ones, the grandmothers are with us, dancing, pounding the vibration of the cosmos with their bare feet.

Spiralling into the centre we come home with strength and wisdom. The map of womanhood becomes a spiritual practise.

We have two offerings that take you on a journey around the map..
